This website is prepared by Zac Ong (REN 64593), PropNex Realty, as an independent real estate marketing and enquiry service. It is not operated by a developer, management body or owners’ committee. Privacy questions may be sent through the contact link below.
When you contact us through WhatsApp, telephone or email, you may provide your name, contact details, budget, property preferences, ownership details or other information needed to answer your enquiry. Do not send identity documents, bank details or other sensitive records through a first enquiry unless they are specifically required and a suitable secure channel has been agreed.
The website may receive basic technical information such as page address, device type, browser and approximate location. Optional Google Analytics and Meta Pixel tags load only after you accept optional cookies. These services may process identifiers and interaction data under their own privacy terms. You may decline optional cookies and still browse the property information.
Information is used to answer property enquiries, prepare a relevant shortlist, arrange viewings, assist an owner considering a sale, improve the website and measure marketing performance. It is not sold as a standalone list. Information may be shared with PropNex personnel, property owners, co-broking agents, lawyers, bankers, valuers or other transaction professionals only where reasonably needed for the service you request or where required by law.
Enquiry records are kept only for as long as they remain useful for the requested service, legitimate follow-up, regulatory records or dispute handling. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet or messaging service can be guaranteed completely secure.
You may ask whether personal data is held, request access or correction, withdraw consent, ask that direct marketing stop, or request deletion where the information is no longer required and the law permits. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
